Return and refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with our products. If you are not satisfied or if the products arrive damaged, you have the right to return them within 14 calendar days of receipt.

The returned products must be in the same condition in which they were delivered: unused, without signs of wear and wrapped in the original packaging.

To initiate a return process, please contact us at kalmaromatherapy.ro@gmail or for further instructions. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

The restitution of the value of the returned products will be made within 14 working days from the receipt of the return and its verification.
